Custom Fabrication
RMB Products has spared no expense in research and development,

RMB Machining
Years of practical molding and fabrication experience, supported
by expert engineers and programmers give RMB Products a unique industry
niche. State of the art CAD/CAM equipment links engineering and design
groups to computer automated tooling and inspection department. Customer supplied
CAD data can be used to directly machine molds or components.
RMB combines old style craftsmanship with modern computer driven
machine tools. High tolerance tooling is accomplished using the latest
CAD/CAM equipment. Relatively low tool cost ad short lead times are
attractive incentives to many customers. Having tooling and molding
facilities under one roof saves time and assures accuracy.
Plastic Welding
 In
addition to our molding and machining capabilities, RMB offers a complete
plastic welding and assembly service. The ability to combine these various
technologies allows us to supply our customers with complete components for OEM
and end use applications.
RMB uses hot gas, ultrasonic, spin and fusion welding
techniques.
