Plastic Lined Filter Housings
 RMB Products offers a full line of plastic lined filter housings.
RMB housings are specially designed for the filtration of hazardous, corrosive and high purity chemicals.
This hybrid design incorporates the benefits of both a plastic and a metallic filter housing. All wetted surfaces are plastic-lined to insure no chemical-to-metal contact.
RMB filter housings are constructed to ASME specifications and can be code stamped for the highest level of safety and confidence.
  RMB filter housings are designed to accept standard "222" cartridge type elements in lengths up to 40". RMB also
offers an optional adapter for double open-ended cartridges.
Optional swing bolt top covers allow for quick filter cartridge change out an eliminates the possibility of misplaced hardware. We also offer optional lifting davits to provide a means
for safe, simple maintenance, reducing the risk of lifting injuries.
All housings are sealed with "O" rings to give the highest level of confidence against leaks.
 Carbon steel housings are protected externally with a two
part epoxy and polyurethane coating for a long lasting, durable finish.
Stainless steel housings are available with a standard passivated bead-blasted exterior finish.
Electro-polished exterior finish is available as an option.
 RMB Products uses the latest computerized design and
manufacturing technology to meet your system requirements. RMB housings are available with a variety of options including inlets, outlets, drains, vents and baffles. Custom piping configurations
are available.
RMB offers the widest range of lining material in the industry.
Materials
 POLYETHYLENE
For low temperature, mildly corrosive service. This would include mild acids, caustics and brines to 180° F.
PVDF
Excellent chemical resistance up to 275° F. Meets FDA requirements for repeated contact with food.
ECTFE
Continuous use to 300° F in many applications. Extremely smooth surface, excellent cut through and impact resistance.
ETFE
For a wide range of chemicals at temperatures up to 300° F. Mechanically tough with excellent impact, cut through and abrasion resistance.

Top Cover Davit Assembly

Standard on stainless steel filter housings. Available installed in carbon steel filter housings as an option.
